Approximately 60 to 80mg per serving from 100% Colombian Arabica coffee, similar to a standard cup of coffee.
Can I mix it with milk?+

Does collagen survive in hot water?+
Yes. Our collagen peptides are hydrolysed and heat stable. We recommend hot, not boiling, water around 80 to 85C for best results.
