Refund and Returns Policy

Brewdy Coffee Co wants you to enjoy your purchase. This policy explains when we offer refunds, replacements and returns. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If a product has a minor problem that can be fixed, we may choose to repair or replace the item or give you a refund. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

Food safety and change of mind

Because our products are food items, we are generally unable to accept change of mind returns once a product has been opened, for health and food safety reasons. If you have changed your mind about an unopened, sealed product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will consider a return or exchange at our discretion. The product must be unopened, in its original sealed packaging and in resaleable condition. Where a change of mind return is accepted, original shipping costs are not refundable and return postage is at your expense.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at info@brewdycoffeeco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and we will cover the cost of return postage for faulty or incorrect items.

How to make a claim

Email us at info@brewdycoffeeco.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will assess your claim and let you know the next steps. Please do not send products back to us before contacting us.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive and assess your return.
