Brewdy Coffee Co ships Australia-wide. This policy explains how and when we dispatch and deliver your order.
Processing and dispatch
We typically dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days. During sale periods or promotions, please allow a little longer for your order to be processed. You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, most Australian orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to regional and remote areas may take longer.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size, and is shown clearly before you pay. From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions; any threshold or offer will be displayed at checkout.
Order confirmation and changes
All orders receive an email confirmation, and a second email with tracking details on dispatch. We are unable to amend orders once they have been dispatched.
Lost or delayed parcels
In the unlikely event that you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@brewdycoffeeco.com within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking, and we will help resolve it.
