1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Brewdy Coffee Co (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

• The competition is void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, customers must make a purchase via the Brewdy Coffee Co website during the competition period.

• Each eligible order equals one (1) entry into the competition.

• Multiple purchases will result in multiple entries.

• No minimum spend applies unless otherwise stated.

4. Competition Period

• The competition runs from the published start date until the advertised end date (“Competition Period”).

• Monthly coffee prize draws will occur each calendar month during the Competition Period.

• The major prize draw will occur at the end of the Competition Period.

5. Prizes

Major Prize:

• One (1) Sunshine Coast hinterland getaway for two (2).

• Prize inclusions are accommodation only, unless otherwise stated.

• Travel, food, beverages, and additional expenses are not included.

• Prize is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.

• Prize is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.

Monthly Prizes:

• Two (2) smaller Brewdy Coffee Co coffee packs drawn each month.

• Monthly prize winners will reset each month and entries do not roll over.

6. Draw & Winner Notification

• All draws will be conducted at random.

• Winners will be notified via email and/or phone using the details provided at checkout.

• If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

7. Use of Entries

• By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name and/or social media handle for promotional purposes related to the competition, without additional compensation.

8. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.

• The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or incorrect contact details supplied by entrants.

9. Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of any prize.

10. Privacy

• Personal information collected will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and solely for the purpose of administering this competition and related communications.
